Apresa
The Apresa is a versatile call recorder that is able to record more than 100 telephone calls simultaneously. It stores the recordings on its own hard disk(s). In a number of cases Apresa can record from the VoIP trunk, and by doing so record calls from any phone (analog, TDM, VoIP), when those phones are connected to the PBX. VoIP / SIP is sent between the PBX and the VoIP provider, and copied to the Apresa by port mirroring (SPAN) on a network switch. Note: CSTA contains call signaling data. CSTA passive recording is available for a.o. the Mitel 400 Series, OpenScape 3000, OpenScape 4000 and OpenScape Voice. See the Apresa documentation or contact us.
