Returning goods, products or repairs to Vidicode (RMA requests)

To return any goods, products or repairs to Vidicode, please proceed as follows:

For repairs:
Before requesting an RMA, contact our support team and see if the products need to be returned or that the problems can be solved with our help without returning them to us.

Please note! For out of warranty repairs the basic handling rate is € 95,- + return shipping.
For this amount we will give you a fixed quotation for the repair. If you decide not to let us do the repair, we will only charge the basic handling fee and the return shipping costs.

For all returns:
1) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Use the form on this page.

2) Vidicode will normally respond within two working days. If the return is accepted we will send you an RMA number. You will also receive additional information, instructions what to return and how.
