Fax Server Access System

This software manages access to the fax archive, performs searches and operates as an on-screen fax browser. It also provides additional options, such as the creation of a fax archive on CD-ROM or DVD to enable the storage of fax records for many years. The client software is suitable for LAN and internet use.
This software is compatible with PCs running Microsoft Windows  XP , Vista and 7. Because the software cannot be used independently of the Fax Server hardware, there are no installation licence fees. The software automatically manages operation with multiple fax lines.

FSEmail

FSEmail is computer software that provides the possibility to send faxes using e-mail. FSEmail regularly checks a specific e-mail account for new e-mail. New e-mails are converted automatically to a faxable format and then sent to the Vidicode Fax Server. FSEmail reports by e-mail in case of a problem when converting to fax format. The Vidicode Fax Server sends and receives faxes, and reports back by e-mail.

Included in the FSEmail software are the formerly seperate applications SendFax and File to Fax.

File to Fax

File-to-Fax is a way to send faxes using the Vidicode FaxServers.
With this softwaretool, systems that automatically generate output such as reminders, bills, laboratory results, recipes ... etc. are made "faxcompatible" relatively easy.

It works in 3 simple steps

1. Create a file in a printable format (e.g. text or a PDF)
2. Mention the faxnumber in the file-name
3. Save the file in a specific folder where the File-to-Fax program can pick it up

In short:
FSFile can send all files in a directory as fax. FSFile works in combination with the SendFax software and the Fax Server.
FSFile periodically checks a directory for new files, converts the files to a faxable format, and sends the data to the Fax Server.
